I just checked - at89c4051 is only 20 pin... The cost of the reduction is some pins essential to that are missing: P1 (A8-A15), PSEN (enable to the external RAM, ALE (Address/Data Latch), EA (enable the external memory).
In this case the only solution seems to be writing more efficient code... |
