I have a question regarding the KTY11-5 temperature sensor. What I am asking is if anybody knows how to measure the temperature with it?

From this datasheet you can see, that KTY11-5 looks like a resistor showing a resistance depending on temperature.

One way to measure temperature with it is to arrange it as a part of a voltage divider, which consists of a KTY11-5 and a resistor, which does not show any temperature dependency. If this voltage divider is connected to a constant voltage source, then at the midpoint a voltage develops, which also shows a temperature dependency. Buffer this voltage and give it to the input of an ADC.

Keep in mind, that such temperature sensors can suffer from self heating effects. So, limit the current flowing through them to adequate levels (datasheet!).
