A datasheet of KTY11-5 will not tell much about how to measure temperature in combination with a microcontroller. Well, the OP provided absolutely no information whatsoever about this sensor other than its part number - not even the manufacturer! From that starting point, reading the datasheet reveals that this is a temperature-sensitive resistor - so the way to measure temperature with it is to measure its resistance (or something dependant upon its resistance).
