I search it roughly, find the power management IC also consume around 20uA, mostly for 12V solar panel to 5V. There have a fast charging method, I will see if it possible. Dear Erik, Question make sense, a. Using a Taiwan low power IC, a 4-bit microcontroller, operate at 1.5V b. expect to develop a solar watch. So, do you have any suggestion. P.S.
