The simple way (the one I use) is to copy all used files into one directory and assemble, compile and link there.

With all respect to Erik:

I cannot agree with such "simple way" solution if he supposes to copy also Keil original header files into any project directory as well.
It is not the way what should be recommended to anybody to do, I think. Sorry.
