Hello, the number of projects that you can do is limitless and it all depends on your personal interests and your level of knowledge, so nobody can give you a better idea than yourself. I see that you are new to this forum. In this forum users expect a very specific and technical question, they expect the original poster(in this case you!) had searched the internet and this forum extensively before posting, they expect that the original poster at least had read all pages of his/her 8051 derivative datasheet and Bible(see links) . They will never give a complete code that a user can download it to an MCU and it can be called a finished project. In other words users in this forum never do your job! but as I said if you ask a very specific technical question that the answer couldn’t easily be found in internet, bible and datasheets, they will happily help you :). Many students begin their microcontroller adventure with building some sort of robot. You can do it, too! I could post you some links but I won’t because I want you to do it yourself and find out how easily you can find all information you need by using a search engine like Google! you should think about appropriate keywords like robot, 8051, schematic,…it doesn’t matter if it takes a day or a week or even a month! but this is the right way. And don’t forget if you had a problem about 8051 that couldn’t be found easily in places that I’ve mentioned, you can com back here and ask this forum.
