Seems to me, that this LCD does not support this 4bit data bus mode???
I have used simillar 16X2 LCD. I mean Chinese with YJ-162A written. I have used it in 4 bit mode and it works absolutely well. Padmanabham check your program code probably your coding is not correct. Regards, Prahlad Purohit |
