My problem was solved after reading the datasheet link given by Kai Klass, Thankyou for all who helped me to solve this problem
Actually problem is with my code itself timing problem, and that enable is activ at falling edge, so i have to keep data steady, and then take enable pin to low and after litle delay i have to go for next command, but what i did is i am applying data and enable at a time. this kind of timing is fit for some LCDs but not all :-)
