Yeah, lots of them! ;o) In fact all of the 8051 based controllers have SRAM on board; the (I)DATA space. And a lot of controllers are available nowadays with on-chip XDATA RAM as well. The P89C668 mentioned by Erik, for example, has 8K. Rob. |
