Dear 8052 Users,

Is any body using 89V51RD2?
1)Is there any IAP calls in 89V51 (Not published in Datasheet) to erase selective secor (page)?

2) Is there any methood to enter in to ISP mode without switching off and On the unit?.I can not switch on and off unit for upgrading the software.
a) I have tried Softwere Reset but it does not help.

3) I was using 89C51RD2BBD and by programming the status byte and Boot vector I used to enter in to ISP mode.

But the availibility problem has forced me to switch over to 89V51. Can any one from Phillips will let me know the availability status of 89C51rd2bbd. I need about 1000 nos.
