Electronica Sales is my supplier. I had placed order for 2500 nos. of 89C51rd2bbd. But they could supplied only 200 nos. by then phillips is asking to switch over to 89v51. 89c661 IS RIGHT REPLACEMENT but not echonomical as I already had commited price to my customer.

Have you tried 89V51 any time?. Phillips is not upgrading Datasheets. You will find many registers which are specific for theire device for which there is no explanation at all.
