OMF-51 is Intel's Object Module Format - it contains both the object code & the debug info (and possibly other stuff, too)

So, if your Pascal compiler generates OMF-51, it is quite possible that you will have usable debug info...

Certain debuggers may require this to be converted to their own peculiar formats...

Also, the latest Keil tools use an extended version of OMF-51; called OMF2 - I think this is proprietary to Keil?
