and the loader on the 51 will have to adjust absolute addresses according to where it gets located. Scanning for SJMP, LJMP, JSR, etc., is the easy part, and modifying the address that comes after the instruction. But if there is a data section in the code, I don't want the loader to incorrectly assume that there are x51 instructions within the data, and start modifying them. |
