I terribly apologize for my carelessness the correction should be

Even if first reading is wrong because of bouncing (i.e. pin is read high instead of low) second reading after say 15ms will be low. And if first reading is low after 15-30 ms output is stable anyway and will remain low.


PS: My computer has gone mad and it made me crazy too, sorry again for mistakes.
