#7712 - RE: High Side Driver ? |
Yes i have seen the International Rectifier IPS521....
Intersil HIP1030....CA3273..HIP1090... Toshiba TD62708 (used an OC-Driver on low-side) National Semiconductor LM18400 (good status idea) Philips BUK200-50X....(i will test it) But i thing it is realy better to do my own protection for a simple MOSFET. Its not so cost effectiv and i can replace all devices every day ! (agree to Hans van Pelt) The (bad) trick is the most manufacturer uses the silicon temperture to protect the chip, but we have some damages in the passt with this protection. (i will never use current limiting its always the same overtemperature problem). So we have problems with SGS-Thomson VN330..VN340 and with Siemens BTS711?!? good work, Sascha (LED driver found from Toshiba TB62717N,TB62705....) (Good driver IC for Output expander see Mitsubishi M54972..M54975..M54992P) |
