This is the age of outsouscing and lots of company (& specially USA one) got software develop & CAD typework done overseas and test it at their own centre, because these type of work doen't require physical presence

In your case also you probably require work of system design, circuit design , PCB design & software develop which can can be done in same manner. You just e-mail your spec to interested fellows, they can do circuit design , PCB design & software development work and send it back to you for testing at your end.
