I am looking for source code (routine) for generating and checking CRC-16, the data are 5 bytes long.
The MCU is 8051. I have tried the source code in Code Library, but the CRC generated is for 1 byte data and the CRC generated is not correct? when i checked the answer with the website below. http://rcswww.urz.tu-dresden.de/~sr21/crc.html The CRC generated for data 'A' of the source code in Code Library is '0x58e5', but the website is "30C0 (hex), 1 data byte" Thanks! |
