#78518 - RE: Barcode scan speed variation Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Thats quite interesting because I have been asked through this blind charity that I do stuff for sometimes if its possible to have a bargoce reader which can have a database of items and then speak the item name. Which does raise the question of how they are going to know where to scan. Even if they use a gun-type scanner they're going to have to start shooting that thing lots of times before they get a hit on a barcode...? That might be more frustrating to them then opening the cat food instead of the tomato soup. Regards, Craig Steiner |
