its not required that only LCD will is required for this purpose... the display will go on the security system main panel and its purpose is to display the video from the camera. its not necessary that only LCD is required ... any other technology which is simple to implement will be fine. (I don't know any thing about video or tv signals)

along with this i need controls that i can turn on both camera and the monitor because it is not required that they be ON all the time. yup we can use the relays to control the power to both camera and display.
