You can use the common video LCD screens available in almost every market in Lahore, Rawalpindi and Karachi which are normally used to display VCD movies on the Car Dashboards, often seen in Pakistan to ensure "safe driving".

Go to the market where VCD, DVD, stereo player kinda stuff "for cars" is available. there you can easily find an LCD screen.

These screens simply accept a composite singal directly from a player's output, handycam's output or any ordinary video camera out put that you may want to use for your scurity system. Look out for PAL / NTSC compatibility.

In Pindi they cost from Rs. 5 k to 15 K depending on the resolution and size you want.

better you buy a small video monitor second hand to serve your purpose. But for the security use, you will have to keep the CRT filament half ON to keep it always warm for quick start.
