In a similar board that I know, I would connect BASIC containing '2764' in parallel to the '6264' CMOS RAM, which uses hex addresses 0000...1FFF. Connect the chip enable of this '6264' to the chip enable pin of '2764'. Also, connect /PSEN line of micro to /OE pin of '2764'. Good luck, Kai |
