#79077 - Setting MSC1211 h/ware config bits |
Have any members had the (mis)fortune of using the TI MSC1211? The documentation seems to be really patchy and the stuff I need to know seems to be the stuff that's missing! From the docs I've read, it tells me where the HCR0,1 regs live and how to program them via code - I want to program them at code download time - does the TI downloader allow this? More specifically, I want to disable memory access so that PORT0,2 are usable for I/O. The doc tells me I need to set HCR1 bits 0,1. I did come across another downloader from www.sys.cz/msc1210/loader.htm but it complains when I try to program the device. Maybe it doesn't cope with the 1211? |
