Not using this chip, this is from memory. The 420 has a bug that if you load (i do not recall which) a before b or b before a a multiply will screw up. Keil even went so far as "fixing" the compiler to accomodate this hardware bug (kudos to Keil for taking a chip bug into consideration). So, if you are using a version of Keil before this was considered it will fail.
