Hi Rodrigo,
DS89C4x0 are great uC. I'm using it without any problem for long time. Very stable and fast beast. In datasheet is not clear, but you must connect ALE pin high (just put 10k resistor between VCC and ALE) because your programm is in DS89C4x0 flash. With ALE low uC try to execute programm from external memory, but your programm is not there... right. Cheers, Josip |
