Hi Riya,
can anybody plz say, how can the hexcode downloaded to External RAM be transferd to In-built Flash memory of AT89C51. As Oleg has already said AT89C51 is an obselete product and hence not recommended for new design. Use AT89S51 this IC functionally a superset of AT89C51 and is In system Programmable micro.
