Many thanks for your reply. I was expecting it from you. The same setup works good for P89C51RD2BA, but it does not work for P89C61X2BA. Both CPUs are PLCC package, and are pin-to-pin compatible to each other. The 66x match the Rx2H re ISP, not the non-H I was refering to the P89C61x2BA and not the 66x. I have refered to your document about NoTouch. But this is not applicable to the P89C61x2BA because this CPU does not support IAP at all !!! That has put me into trouble. Expecting your urgent reply.
