I have refered to your document about NoTouch. But this is not applicable to the P89C61x2BA because this CPU does not support IAP at all !!! That has put me into trouble.

NoTouch has nothing to do with IAP. It is a method for kicking the chip into ISP mode. Activate NoTouch and then let FlashMagic do the rest. Just verify that the commands used by NoTouch are the same for RD2/66x and 61x2 and, if necessary, change as needed. I had a quick glance, it seems to be the same.
