I put inductors of 33uh in supply & 0.1 uf bypass capacitors present at vcc of every chip on board.


The ground paths are particularly important, and in the presence of strong RF signals, a multi-layer board is a very sensible precaution. Failing that, at least an extensive copper ground plane should be in place.
