Sounds to me as if you have a "real" DOS based device (a device that depend on full ownership of the COM port). If that is the case return it an request a FULL refund. If anyone try to sell you samething that is "real" DOS they should not be allowed to do so. However much some of us may long for the days where we could control ports without interference from Mr. Gates, those days are GONE. Erik |
