what is your CPU clock speed ?
http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/acrobat/v...WARE_1.pdf page 6: "Since it takes 2 machine cycles (24 oscillator periods) to recognize a 1-to-0 transition, the maximum count rate is 1/24 of the oscillator frequency." I guess it could be 1/12 for a 6 clocker (check datasheet) Erik |
