I need info on systems like check on Library books being taken out without issuance or stuff taken out without being thru cash counters...... I have seen they work from a consierable distance
At 95% of the stores in the US you pass between two "walls" and if a "piece of plastic" has not been "erased" by the cashier a buzzer sounds. This must be very cheap technology, in one place I have seen it attached to packs of cigarettes. This may be what Babar is looking for.
