Prahlad, as I already said here , neither AT89S51 nor AT89S52 have SPI for end user. SPI has been implementing for AT89S53/8252/8253 and into Atmel`s "second generation" 8051 X2 products, for example, AT89C51RD2,ID2 etc). Thanks for the correction.
