#82193 - EMI problem solution. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Dear Daniel:
Let me know if you have optocoupled all I/O or relays outputs ? 1-Remember: is the MOST important, that any output or input to be isolated from the rest of the wiring in the machine. !!!!!! 2-The cpu's power supply MUST be only for that, external power supplies could be used for another needed external power. 3-Put .01 AND .1 polycarbonate capacitor (paralel) nearly of each chip, between Vcc and Gnd. 4- If you have some RFI problem, close all CPU board into a metalic box too. That's all,.... believe me, that will resolve your problem. And use the same procedure, each time in differents projects. You'll forget about that headaches. Good luck. |
