I don`t understand one line of assembler, that means that I need precompiled libs to access the hardware with C functions.

I think you will find your progress severly limited with any compiler without a basic grip on assembler.

You will also need to understand the 8051 architecture - even for High-Level Language (HLL; eg, 'C', Pascal) programming.
