That should work unconditionally. The LPCs are (I have determined, someone correct me if I am wrong) all identical in their respective families LPC90x, LPC91x, LPC92x LPC93X with the exception of memory size and SFRs. If any of the programming circuitry is of your own making do verify that all voltages and timings are correct. Most often "one will program, another will not" is due to something being marginal.
