#82517 - re: compatibility: LPC922 / LPC925 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
thanks for you quick replys!
That should work unconditionally. um... this is somewhat good and bad i slightly modified the programming circuit of the MCB900 evaluation board. i've uploaded it on a public space: http://www.3dsmax.at.tf/lpc925_module.pdf the microcontroller is at the left and the the programming circuit at the bottomleft. every LPC922 i tried worked at first time. however, every LPC925 did not. according to the datasheet, the LPC925 sould support this feature. i got the samples 2 weeks ago (i think) directly from philips. are there still some, which simply have this feature not implemente?! since i was sure that this must work, i just exchanged the LPC922 with the LPC925 and tried to connect. first, i forgot to change the settings in flashmagic to "LPC925" but also changing this didn't change anything. i just get the error, saying that there's a timeout and that i should try at a lower baudrate. i reduced it down to 1200 - it didn't work either. watching the serial line (with "portmon"), the microcontroller doesn't reply at all. thanks in advance! greets, christian hartl |
