I am searching a micro of the 80C51 family which has internal watchdog, reset on poweron, powerdown and at least 2 K of EEPROM (or FLASH).

Indeed it should have:
24 K of internal EPROM (fro the program)
256 bytes internal RAM
256 bytes MOVX RAM in-chip

If someone know a device close to this, I will appreciate to hear about it.
