I think it would be really off-topic now , but if would be possible ,is there in pakistan any sellers online that ship to nearby countries ?

Sometime ago i have a mail from an electronic hobbyist from pakistan ,who was looking for AT89C51SND1C and unable to find it there ,but it was available in Iran ,unfortunately the disturbutor here doesn't sale to other countries !
