#84339 - Perhaps Responding to: ???'s previous message |

You first have to search and IF the search yields no result, then and only then, a magic button called "POST IT" or something similiar appears ! Interesting. That might be something that could be applied to new users. Users with positive karma or more than X posts could be exempt. ( You want to know the workaround for this ? Just enter your search term with a spelling mistake - and you get the Post It button as the search fails ! Now thats a secret - don't tell it to anyone ) At this point with over 80,000 messages in the forum it seems that if someone were to get zero results here at 8052.com then they just need to make their search less specific. I think there are few things related to 8052 that can't be found in the forum and if a search returns zero results then the person searching probably isn't searching for the right thing--or is intentionally messing up the spelling.
