Hi members,
I'm looking for a small/simple NAND-Flash Management (FTL, bad block management, weare leaving) Chip: AT89C51SND1C NAND: K9K1G08U0A LowLevel is no problem Writing a section of Flash once times is no problem Problem: rewrite flash again (you must erase block 16k before writing page 512/528 Byte); so you must manage free/erased pages Solutions like YAFFS, JFFS, M-Systems FTL are oversized for my application. Do you have any idea/tip/examples? Thanks, Andree |
