#84525 - flash write Responding to: ???'s previous message |
- I have to write many data records with a length of 128 Byte
- so, 4 records may be stored in one page, BUT: 4 different pages must written. --> result is: 3 as erased marked pages and 1 valid page A FTL (flash tranlation layer) manage this pages. In future, all valid pages will be written continously to a new free block and the now complete unused block will erased for further using. This is the problem to solve. Additional, I have still 2304 Byte RAM and need some of this for other buffers. Andree |
