You were right, I should change the motor. I found a 12V dc motor with gearbox for 8U$. It's speed is 100 rpm. I doesn't need PWM,speed control etc,etc. Russel said: My first suggestion is to use a motor( with or without a gearbox) with excess power so the variable load has minimal impact.
