#84622 - problem solved
Responding to: ???'s previous message
hello, I'm back

You were right, I should change the motor. I found a 12V dc motor with gearbox for 8U$. It's speed is 100 rpm. I doesn't need PWM,speed control etc, etc.

My first suggestion is to use a motor( with or without a gearbox) with excess power so the variable load has minimal impact. This is not necesarily the most economical solution)

Thanks to all of you
