#8463 - programming voltage for the DS80C320
I'm making a programmer for the dallas chip, since I allready have one for the atmel, my plan is to make minor adjustments for this new chip. I can't seem to find any documentation about the programming algorithm for the dallas chip. However since its full compatible with the 8051 architecture, I assume that there is no major difference. I'm particularly interested about the programming voltage Vpp whis is +12 volts for the atmel chip. Can anyone please tell me if my reasoning is ok?
