Roger, the DS80C320 is a CPU-ONLY chip

that means no rom, flash, OTP or what ever

so no need to programm it, as there is nothing you can programm. you will always need external codespace like flash or eprom

but have a look at the dalles web site, i guess the is a DS87C520 and DS83C520
