Hi.
Erik, I must use the P89V51 without enough time to test because Philips tell 40 weeks for P89C51RD2 and 3 weeks for P89V51RD2. So they don't want to sell P89C51RD2 anymore ! I had no choice ! The schematic is there : http://www.hacon.com.br/arquivos/check.jpg I had used this circuit with P89C51RD2 without problems. But now, using P89V51RD2, I had problems to scan line 2 (L2). I am afraid of having problems with D20 near U4B, because there isn't a resistor to limit current that goes to uC P1.6. Could it cause a latch up condition ? I am going to check all SFRs in order to know if everything is ok. Thanks ! |
