Im sorry, but I can not release the specific code Im using for test. It contains things we dont want copied ;o)

Speaking with people in this forum and others it seems that there is a general consensus that Keil is the best compiler for the 8051, so I think thats the way we will go. Thanks for all your help. Btw. Im still interested in seeing other doing the same comparisions as me, but with their code.
It should not be that tough to make your c code cross compile
