use INT for the switch, and only modified the "PC" at MCS51 with Stack operation.... and blow the program to kingdom come.
The urban legend of "software reset" always conveniently forget to process the default states of the SFRs. Invariably, "software reset" (it hurts to even type that phrase) will lead to some "pesky little forgotten detail leading to some stupid intermittent bug". If you need a reset that is processor originated, let the watchdog time out. That is SAFE. Erik |
