#86518 - long story Responding to: ???'s previous message |
...this remembered me what was in past.
After AT89C51CC03 has been announced I tried to find it without luck. Then I asked Atmel sales directly about where it may be obtained from. And after about two months they sent me 3 chips via local distributor. From that day our local distributor has been saling these chips. So, ask your local distributor or Atmel directly. By the way, just a news: Atmel has announced yet another derivative: AT89EB5114. It is low-pin-count 8-bit microcontroller with A/D converter. Regards, Oleg |
