#86586 - first ?
Responding to: ???'s previous message
According to the pdf on the Atmel web site, this 8051 part has 256 bytes of RAM. Is this correct or is it the first to do this?
most derivatives (at least in types, maybe not count) todat has 256 bytes of RAM whether they are called '51, '52 or whatever.

If you refer to XRAM, you can find 8k easily.

for comparison try the Keil device database
