Try to properly display the spikes from Rogowski coil by a good storage scope. Choose R + Ra in such a way, that no more than about 1mA is flowing. Otherwise the output of OPamp will be overdriven. Unfortunately such an overdrive condition cannot directly be seen, when observing the output of integrator, because the spike is captured in the integration capacitance. So, an overdrive condition refering to output current capability can only be noticed, by checking the output voltage of Rogowski coil and refering this to integration resistance (R + Ra). Can I use aluminium foil for shielding purpose or something else? Yes, even very thin alu foil is sufficient. Apart from this electrical shield I will also be using Asbestos shield for protecting coil from welding spark and heat. Please be very careful with this asbestos shield!!!
